If your firearm should require service or repairs, we suggest you first contact a local, recommended bet65 Authorized Service Center or your bet65 sporting goods dealer. Otherwise, you may send your firearm directly to our own Service Department using the Service Return Form (download below on this page).

When returning your firearm for service, be sure to follow the guidelines below:

1. Use the .
2. Be sure your gun is completely unloaded.
   
3. Package it securely in a double-packed cardboard container. Do not ship in a gun case. 
   
4. Enclose a letter with your firearm that clearly describes the nature of your repair concerns or service desired.
   
5. Include a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
6. Never return ammunition with your firearm. It is against postal and most commercial regulations.
7. If you are sending your firearms in for service for "feeding issues" or anything that might be magazine related we require the magazines be sent with your firearm.
